Pipedream Fetish Fantasy Extreme Inflatable XL Sphincter Stretcher review - if you don't mind latex, it's probably a great choice
Bottom line: Pipedream Fetish Fantasy Extreme Inflatable XL Sphincter Stretcher is OK. It works well and is built well but just doesn’t excite the way I would like. The latex is cheap looking and was problematic for my latex-sensitive guy, and the vibrations could be stronger, but the affordable price tag makes it a great option.

Ever since I found out they existed, I’ve dreamed of owning an inflatable butt plug or dildo. Unfortunately, Pipedream Fetish Fantasy Extreme Inflatable XL Sphincter Stretcher wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but by all accounts Sphincter Stretcher is a great option for someone looking for a more comfortable ass-filling experience.
When I first pulled the unit out of the box, I was kind of disappointed in the overall finish of the toy. Everything fits together well and the materials seem durable enough, but there was something cheap looking about the latex covering the majority of the unit.
Although I have no evidence, I just felt like the latex would burst at some point. It hasn’t, though, and we’ve been pretty rough on it, so that fear is starting to fade.
The overall shape and size is comfortable while deflated. If you’re at the point of wanting something to stretch you like this, it’ll be easy to get it in your butt. When I used it with my guy we had to use a non-latex condom because of his latex allergy, so I can’t attest to the drag created by the rubber. But, once it’s inside, it stays securely and would be a pretty great shape for a plug.
Once you start to inflate, it’s still very comfortable. The latex is very pliable and soft, which allows it to stretch and fill the anus very effectively. The softness does mean the device will spread into a cylinder type shape before it stretches wide, so you’ll generally need to pump it to at least 50 percent capacity before it really starts to stretch you out.
After that 50 percent point, it begins to really push on your prostate and stretch your anus and rectum. Despite its name, the sphincter is the least-stretched part, but it will get a good workout.
Inflation and deflation was very easy with the hand pump. It seems like the same one from the Pipedream Pump Worx Silicone Power Pump, which I loved. But, It does inflate and deflate unevenly, which was annoying.
We tried the vibration feature when it was inflated and deflated. Deflated, you get vibrations throughout the entire plug. Inflated, though, we only could feel vibrations in the base of the plug. Either way, the vibrations weren’t nearly as strong as we would like. In fact, if they omitted the vibe and made the outer shell from a better material, it’d be a much better toy overall.
