Before I answer your question, we need to work on your vocabulary. “Shemale” is a term used by porn companies, and professionals in the back pages of alternative newspapers, to describe people who are biologically male but have breast. They achieve the breasts, most commonly, through surgery. There are some who develop them through hormonal treatments, which is typical for pre-operative transgendered people. Both types usually dress and live as women in their daily lives.
Often people find the term “shemale” to be offensive as it points to the exploitation, marginalization and discrimination of transgendered people. However, there are a small number of people who openly describe themselves as “shemales” and embrace the term.
Now, to your question… Yes a “shemale” can impregnate a woman. Since “shemales” are, generally, surgically enhanced there are, usually, no changes to their reproductive system. Those that are hormonally enhanced may find it difficult to achieve erections, which of course would hinder the natural procreation process. However, medications like Viagra, Levitra, & Cialis make things much easier.
From the research I have done, there are no reports of a “shemale” impregnating a woman but my money is on it having happened. The closest reports that I found were the stories of Thomas Beatie, & Scott Moore, female to male transgendered people, who have both successfully carried a child.
